By creating an account or using Terrain Builder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Terrain Builder provides a text-to-3D terrain generation service optimized for 4-color 3D printing. Our service integrates with Bambu Lab Cloud to detect loaded filaments and optimize prints accordingly. Features may change as we continue to develop the platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Terrain Builder remains your property. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service. Our service, including all software, designs, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the service to create content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with Bambu Lab Cloud. Your use of this integration is also subject to Bambu Lab's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any issues with your 3D prints, including filament compatibility or print failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrain Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Cologne, Germany.
